This is a closeup of our PLIC method.
The flow along the streamlines is better than UFLIC.
For UFLIC the flow becomes obscure in regions of low velocity but
PLIC does not suffer from this drawback.
The total time to generate the animation using 52 time-steps
was about 5 minutes.
