Development of visual analytic software (G-Pare)
Development of open-source visual analytic tool (Invenio-Workflow)
Development of techniques for displaying and visual comparison of attribute uncertainties.
A query language for uncertain graph comparison that is based on SQL
Application of tools and techniques to other domains, including the Shark Bay Dolphin research project and golden retriever dataset from the Orthopedic Foundation of Animals.

Summary:

This project resulted in over 20 publications, 4 software products, multiple workshops and talks, as well as educational materials for PSL. It provided research experience and training for both undergraduate and graduate students at 3 universities in multiple sub-disciplines of Computer Science.
